I started using this a month ago in conjunction with Derma e's problem skin moisturizer and spot treatment. I have mild to moderate adult acne and I tried most everything I could get my hands on. I was using a benzoyl peroxide treatment prior to derma-e but was unhappy with the results. I just felt dryer and as if I were wrinkling prematurely. The benzoyl peroxide did nothing to help the problem- just dry it out. I've come to terms with my skin. I don't expect a miracle, that perfect flawless skin, anymore. I am, however, really happy with the results of this cleanser. I just started noticing results one month into the regiment. My skin hasn't broken out since I started using it. I still have redness and scars but they're also improving. I noticed this mainly because I had to use less concealer! The texture of my skin is definitely better. It's not an overnight change and it's not a miraculously flawless skin guarantee; but, my skin hasn't been this happy in as long as I can remember. I don't use this to remove makeup and I don't expect it to have the power to remove it. I also hated the smell at the start but have grown used to it. I would recommend this to anyone who has mild to moderate acne. I was starting to get horrible cystic pimples and needed something new. Luckily, this is just what I needed.
